A 14-member team from the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SSVP) visited Asha Bhavan, Mallur on 2nd October 2024. During the visit, the team spent time with the Sisters, who shared the current situation of the orphanage, including the challenges faced by the new inmates. The team had the opportunity to meet all the residents, who presented cultural programs in gratitude for the visit.

The team also toured the ongoing extension work being carried out at the orphanage, designed to accommodate more children. As part of their support, the SSVP team donated groceries worth ₹20,000 and provided clothes for the inmates. Additionally, a contribution of ₹10,000 was made for the further development of the orphanage.

After a time of prayer and fellowship, including sharing a meal with the residents, the team returned, assuring the Sisters of continued support to help complete the new extension.
